1) E-transfer your dues to our Treasurer at: mycoutnacdues@gmail.com.
Please add your Coutnac address(es)/lot number(s) and Park(s) your a member of in the e-transfer message body.
2) Provide cheque (payable to: Coutnac Beach Property Owners Association) or cash to your Park Rep. Please ensure you are provided a receipt.
Membership Benefits
1) Your Association dues support our annual Association AGM, family picnic, related social events and our collective local government lobbying efforts.
2) Includes your property(ies) within our collective insurance policy and associated risk and liability management efforts.
3) Your Association dues support the management and maintenance of community lands which you and your family recreate upon and which also bolster the value(s) and marketability of your property(ies).
4) As an Association Member in Good Standing (current and prior year dues paid) you have a vote at our AGM and other meetings where the democratic and prudent management/governance of our community and issues affecting all Members are discussed and addressed.
4) You are part of the ‘Coutnac Team’ and our active Community Watch program being notified of issues (e.g. fallen trees/branches, storm damage, etc.) upon your property(ies)
5) The Association will support the sale of your property(ies) by providing information about our community to real estate agents and prospective buyers.
6) You accrue benefits of vendor discounts, etc. through our Federation of Ontario Cottagers’ Associations (FOCA) membership.
7) The Association will help broach, mediate, and amicably resolve issues (anonymously and confidentially, if needed) you may have with other Association Members within our community.
8) The Association will help in striking an appropriate, equitable and fair balance between the private and collective interests of Association Members in our community.
9) You have access to our Association website and Association governance documents, communications, local vendor/supplier/trade contacts and discounts, and many other useful resources – 24/7, 365, via a private Members only login area.
10) We offer a fully private and secure discussion forum/message board in our website for Association Members to share information and have support on issues or questions any Member would like to share.
